Focus on the Health-Related Personal Data Processing The Data Controller shall process the user’s Health-Related Personal Data only when necessary for the performance of the specific service requested by the user from Krienko. Explicit consent is always required for processing the Health-Related Personal Data of the users. For example, the Data Controller may ask for explicit consent when a specific service required by the user involves the transmission and/or comparison of dental procedure quotes. In such cases, Krienko may require the user to attach some medical or dental records to the specific request. Focus on distributing personal data to third persons Distribution of personal data to third parties is allowed only if these parties are agents of Krienko or under its service, and if they act in compliance with our instructions. Krienko does not transmit your personal data to third parties, unless you have given your express consent. If you have given consent to a third party for Krienko to receive the data, then Krienko is not responsible for the provision or transfer of those data.

HOW YOU CAN GET ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION For the implementation of Law no. 9887 dated 10.03.2008 “On Personal Data Protection,” you have the right to request information on your personal data processed by the Data Controller, and we will respond within 30 days. The request should be sent in writing to the following address: info@krienko.com. In the request, you should mention your name, address, and mobile number. Krienko will take all necessary measures to verify your identity before issuing a copy of the information.
5. HOW LONG WILL THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA BE RETAINED BY US? Focus on Data Retention Personal data will be saved for the time needed in accordance with the primary purpose for which they were collected. The time period for data retention will fully comply with the legal framework in force. In certain cases, some data that would not normally be retained by Krienko may be saved due to special circumstances, such as judicial investigations.

The retention period for data is as follows:

• Data from customer contact forms are preserved for as long as necessary to ensure the provision of services. Traffic data are preserved for use by the prosecution and the courts in penal cases, in accordance with relevant legislation.
